So I will admit that I am the kind of dork that would listen to a law school lecture for fun, assuming that a) it's entertaining, b) it doesn't involve an assignment, and c) I don't have to pay any tuition. If you're that kind of person too -- and I suspect a lot of you are -- I'd highly recommend this one that W. Mark Lanier gave at Harvard Law in November. (HT to Drug and Device Law)
