Looks like Heller has pulled out of OCI at Davis (via ATL). 

According to firm spokesman Patrick Bustamonte: "Because we plan to hire fewer summer associates next summer, we did cancel our plans to interview at some schools and to focus on schools where we have been the most successful in the past."

I think no apologies are needed. Many circles are calling Heller's activities of late "writing on the wall."
